S., it is used but not just for weight loss, but for brain and spiritual health. Nonetheless if you’re looking for a quick process to lose tons of weight without hours at the gym, going on a fast may be just the airfare. But is fasting for any day healthy? It is whether it’s done right.
Your energy place will be so low during the fasting period that you will not be able to muster enough energy levels to complete your workout or whatever activity you normally take part in. Another benefit of fasting is that it will help rid your body of harmful toxins. In the U. S., the focus is on weight loss, whereas in other countries, ridding your body of harmful toxins is the main goal.
The fat reduction will vary from person to person, subject to age, weight, and level of fitness. But some people, even with this quick fasting period of one to two days to weeks, report substantial weight loss. So if you absolutely must lose a few pounds in an extremely short period of one’s, fasting for a limited time period will drop the weight like no other weight loss program.
